RSL annouces the launch of its new Managed Application Service


 
The Rosetta Sourcing Limited Enterprise Content and Management Solution (ECM Solution) is a scalable, open document management, collaboration, workflow and imaging Solution. Based on the Alfresco solution, it supports a wide range of features and capabilities, delivering exceptional value for money through the utilisation of open, vendor neutral technologies. The RSL solution is available as either a fully packaged service offering (ie hardware, software, configuration and support) or alternatively as a standard application installation.

Used widely across government, military, corporate and SME’s alike, Alfresco provides a radical alternative to the traditional ECM offerings. Available as either a ‘’community’’ edition or as a licensed vendor supported version, Alfresco is capable of quick and simple integration into the corporate infrastructure, both at the desktop level and at an Application/Architecture level.

The RSL Community ECM Solution is available either as a totally outsourced, remotely hosted service or as a traditional application package installed on customer supplied infrastructure. This choice enables customers to select the most appropriate platform, access the wide capabilities of the Alfresco platform as a business service, without the need to worry about deployment, infrastructure integration and sufficient internal resources.

The ECM Group Service is designed for up to 30 active users (with unlimited ad-hoc users), providing the full range of workflow, imaging and document management capabilities. The Departmental Service is designed for up to 60 concurrent / active users, again with no limitations on the total numbers of users.
